The Chalange

The regulatory authority faced significant bottlenecks due to fragmented, paper-heavy processes. Tracking the progress of construction projects against the Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) was a manual, time-intensive task, making it nearly impossible to identify delayed projects before they became critical issues.

    1. Project Lifecycle & QPR Management: We built a centralized portal for developers to submit project details and mandatory QPRs. Our system automatically digitizes these reports, creating a real-time ledger of project progress that is accessible to department auditors.
    2. AI-Powered Delay Forecasting: We implemented a machine-learning engine that analyzes QPR data against historical project timelines. The system identifies “at-risk” projects by flagging deviations in construction velocity, automatically calculating the probability of a delay based on the developer’s past track record and current financial health.

    3. Automated Compliance & Audit Reporting: We replaced manual audit processes with an automated engine that triggers compliance alerts. If a developer misses a milestone or QPR submission, the system auto-generates a show-cause notice and routes it to the relevant department head for immediate review.

       

    4. Integrated Ecosystem: The platform serves as a unified hub for all stakeholders. It includes dedicated modules for Agent Registration, Complaint Redressal (with status tracking), and Internal Accounting, ensuring that legal, financial, and operational data are always synchronized.
